No Firearms allowed on premises

Respect the Space by cleaning up after class including putting away the Props, weights, and mats away  

Please clean up any water spills and place all used hand towels in the laundry basket in the storage area

A vacuum, broom and cleaning wipes are available for use in cleanup. Trash must be removed from building and cans replaced to original location.

Only the instructors are to operate the audio / visual system

No dropping of weights on the floor

Leave your shoes at the door

Don't film or take pictures in class unless agreed upon ahead of time

Students and parents are responsible for their belongings. Do not bring valuables into the studio or waiting area. A2Zen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced property

No gum, food, or drinks other than water permitted in the studio.

Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited on any area of the property, inside and outside.

When there will be dancing of any kind, an effort to protect the hardwood floors must be made.

All Events must end by the agreed upon time.

No candles or open flames and no fog machines are permitted on premises.

No flammable materials are allowed on premises; Renter shall not have on or around the Owner’s facility, anything that is dangerous, flammable, explosive or has explosive characteristics that might increase the danger of fire in or around the Rooms, or that might be considered hazardous.

Please do not re-arrange placement of objects within all spaces of the studio

Renter shall make no alterations to the Rooms or make any other changes without prior written consent of the Owner.

Owner’s display cases shall not be covered during the term of the rental.

Owner’s promotional materials must remain in place and displayed, uncovered and unobstructed, and displayed throughout event.

Owner’s artwork is to remain in place on walls and/or on stands throughout the event.

Light fixtures must remain as-is and uncovered.
